I think I'm going to change my running schedule up a bit and run every-other-day instead of each morning. On the "off" days, I will walk 5K and do a few reps of 10lb dumbbells.
Good work! I like the new schedule, won't tire you out too much before the race so you can be refreshed and ready to go. Good luck!
